I have an investor who wants to
invest in around 10 flats. But he
has the following conditions:
1) He does not want to show his PAN
Card.
2) He does not want to do the stamp
duty registration.
3) He wants to re-sell it after a
couple of years
The builder has agreed to give the
flat without any PAN Card details.
He has suggested us that he will
only allot us a Flat Allotment
Letter in this case and this will
help us in selling the flat at the
time of resale to any other
customer. No need for any
registration. Just wanted to know
if this document will suffice. Is
there a chance that the builder
will cheat my client.
