498a case status

Hi,

498a case was filed in last year in one of the karnataka district court. When checked online, the case status is "disposed" and Nature of Disposal is "Contested--ALLOWED".

Does it mean the case is closed completely?? Can anyone please elaborate on this specific case status?

Thanks.

Dear Ravinder The FIR can not be registered if both of your are living saperatly from last 4 years because the limitation of filing the case is 3 years. remain as per the facts.

Speedy Trial is Mandatory for 498A. Please file in-person(Without Advocate) it on priority else no relief.
