a person causes murder of his and alleged about som other person of his vilage and reletives promptly f.i.r. is registered against those person but the father of deceased filled complaint against husband .is ther any legel bar in summoning the husband of deceased while the trial of namedvillegers in f.i.r. is going on.magisrate isempowered in u/s204 cr.p.c.

Any additional personal can be impleaded as an accused only if he is named by any witness during his evidence. On the prayer of prosecution side trial court can summon such person and that witness may be the father of the deceased or any other person and such summonned persona may be husband of the deceased or may be some other accused.
