Police verification for govt job

Respected Sir/Madam,

I have been selected for UCO Bank clerk and soon my profile will be sent for police verification. My Query is,

Severe False criminal case under IPC-307 was filed against me two years ago and i was acquitted from that case year ago. Is it mandatory to mention that case details during Police Verification?. And please suggest me what procedure i should follow.

Awaiting solution soon. Please Help!

Thank You in advance!

Ram.

in police verification you need not have to say anything they will come and verify your address and ask your neighbours about your character if your neighbour tells about that case and the police enquirs show them your acquittal order issued from the court , give m.........if they ask for sweets .
