Framing of charges in 498a

Is just an oral statement enough in a 498a private complaint to frame charges ?

The compliant  majorly mentions for false events outside india. There is no documentary evidence or any medical reports .

Its also been admitted in the cross examinition that the initial 498a petition was signed even without reading it .

It was signed on trust on lawyer and major points have been proved to be opposite during the cross examination.

what are the grounds for the charges to be framed ?

U can't file discharge if trial has started.

While agreeing with Mr. Q Slinger,

Please remember -

Speedy Trial is Mandatory for 498A.

Please file in-person(Without Advocate) it on priority else no relief.
