Hi,
I want to buy the flat next to my own and wanted to know the legal aspects of it. I would like to know what is an Agreement to Sale, Deed of Sale, and a Deed of Apartment. Any help on the matter appreciated. Also when does the deed of Apartment come into existence? Thanks in advance.
