What are the rules for job permanent

Hi to all...

        I am vedaveer.. i am working in a print media company  ( daily news paper ) .  i was joined in 2010 as a trainee junior engineer for 6 months  and later it is extended for more 6 months... after i dint get any letter from my company... so i am not a contract employee or not permanent.. i am working and they are paying the salary .. i asked many time to do my job permanent.. but still not done..  so please tell me what i have to do for my job permanent.. and can i claim any amount cause they paying low salary..

Apparently your training was extended, and after one extension further extension by letter or confirmation of service or initiation of probation period is not stated.

Without studying your offer letter/appointment letter/HR policy-Service Rules and Regulations mentioned in appointment letter it is difficult to point out.

You may show these to a local Labor Consultant/ser vice lawyer.      

Don’t waste your youth and time here.

 

You have gained experience and try to be with some establishment with god HR practices.
