Myself has been mentally harrassed by CAW cell. i am ready to live with my wife but my wife is asking for huge alimony which i am unable to pay. shall i go to Human right commission and lodge a complaint ?

If your wife is not willing to stay with you, you can not force her to stay with you.
If you think that you are unduly harassed by CAW Cell, you can complain to DCP of that area.
Also, no benefit would be served by moving Human Rights Commission. You should rather seek Anticipatory Bail and fight the case on merits.
