I am new in real estate business and in process of expanding my father's pure brokerage business into more of real estate consulting.
I have a specific question.Suppose in any deal,I have signed as a witness from either of seller or buyer's behalf with my id proof and photo .whats the legal responsibilities I go into:
1)Can any party file a case against me if seller or purchaser escapes from the deal after doing bayana(10 percent payment)?
2)whats my legal responsibility ?if any party escapes i can go into the court and give my gavahi as a witness.
Please outline any other responsibility if it comes if somebody signs as a witness on any agreement to sale.
