Perjury application /sec 24 maintainence case taken back

MY wife filed sec9/24 HMA --claimed she is not earning ---i filed RTI got proof of her earning ---filed perjury case --now she said that she is not pressing sec 24 maintainence case .ld judge is  saying the sec 24 is disposed of ..

MY QUERY --- she submitted false evidense to mislead the court  ,now when truth came out she withdrarwn the case ---what application or case i cane file against her ,can i press for my perjury case or it is also disolved ?kindly guide ...
