Hello Sir,

hello Sir,

I want to know particular employee details-family members,ID card,communication address and permanent address of the employee working indian ordance factory.Please let me know can i ask these details through RTI act.

Hi,

1. you send a request for seeking information to public information officer and officer incharge of IOF duly enclosing Rs.10/- in shape of Indian Postal order.

2. The information you are seeking is third party information as per Rule 8(e) of RIGHT TO INFORMATION ACT 2005 the third party has to issue consent to your request. If consent is refused likely that you may not get the information.
