Sale deed between brothers

My Father made a Will five years ago before he expired, which has one house for my brother and me. The house is in my father's name. Myself wanted to buy the share of my brother and own it by paying market value. Please let me know what is the major risk when I made a settlement Deed? Else what is the alternative solution to make a proper deed.

In case of property matters, it is always advisable to approach a reputed lawyer available locally, who is an expert in such property matters

You can ask your brother to relinquish his rights in the property and execute a registered release deed in respect of his share in the property in your favor after receiving the propose amount as agreed upon and get the entire property registered on your name.
