change of land use from industrial purpose to commercial/residential.
Land alloted in industrial estate of city in year 1980 for 99 years of lease.
as of today the industrial estate is completely surrounded by residential/commercial area except for the very 5acres of industrial estate itself.
i/we have one plot leased to us for the purpose of small scale industry.
how can i change the land use.
