Gurgaon property map not approved, should i buy

I want to buy a property in Gurgaon, Dealer have shown a property in Sec 23A which is registered but the map is not approved. It is having a Basement Car parking and 3 floors contructed with 7 flats in each floor. Now my question is it safe to buy a property whose map is not approved. In future some risk may arise or not?

In gurgaon if the map was not approved in advance....the property which is in the permissible limits will be allowed with penalty rest will be demolished. ...get in touch with architect in gurgaon

Rightly advised by learned Mr. Sachar.  Do not ever purchase a property constructed without a proper approval by the competent authority for the purpose.  It is a hidden problem, dont know when it will jump out to torment you, better consult a local lawyer before finalizing the deal.
