someone filed a false cross case against me in august 2013 under section 326,324,323,148,149 ipc p.s in which i have been proved innocent frm ssp and sph and i got pcc frm ssp which mentioned my case and about my innocent.now i apply my reisue passport and the passport police verification pending.will there be any problems with the issuance my pasport? pls pls reply as soon as posible thnk u so so much in advance

since you got PCC, it can be submit at passport office and get the work done quickly.
