Dear Experts
Is there a law in hyderabad.
Which states that one can pay 50% or less towards maintanence charge of un occupied flats. There are around 40 owners who have not occupied and not paid maintanence for close to 1 yr.
But we are being charged 2500/ month maintanence. We have asked for rebate but of no avail.
Can you please clarify.
