Land sold by power of attorney holder,can i get my land back

Sir I have a land in Lucknow on khasra no-15 and 16. My father is an illiterate person. In 1998 there was a person A, who did fraud with my father and unknowingly my father signed on power of attorney. A sold some peice of land. After knowing this, my father cancelled the power of attorney . Some people had constructed their houses on it for more than 12 years. But still some land is not constructed but sold by ram gulam. Can I get my land back. May I get possession on it. Please help me.

Your query is uncompleted you can get possession but after besic

Hi,

(1) If your father sign in Power of Attorney and thenafter PoA holder sell this property, why that time your father not claim or notice or suit file against PoA holder.

(2) If possession of property in your father name or actual possession on your father name thenafter your father challenged the POA Holder and he has registered a sale deed/ any agreement in favour of purchaser and sing behalf of Power of Attorney person then u file a suit against POA holder and Purchaer.
