in 1960 my father taken 1 room and 1 shop in a chawl on pagadi system.rent was 10 rs monthly each.in 1982 property got octioned by government of maharashtra due to non payment of property tax.it was a private property and got declared SLUM in 1996 by maharashtra government.
now when the new landlord came ,we had some dispute and since 1982 the property got octioned we did not paid any rent to him.till today he did not come to collect rent. at the same time he collects rent from other 12 tenents.
my father died in 1993 without making any will.i do have ration card,light bill,water bill etc.
the property is declared SLUM in 1996..can he evict me from the said property?what i can do in such condition?
