for certified copy from High Court

What provision /rule allow me to receive certified copy of an application filed by my Opp Party in the case not appearing in Copying section in person rather paying the fees due by post in the form of Draft or as suggested by the Copying section and get the copy by post or over mail

Advocate is not supporting Sir even after paying due fees... I would not have make an inquiry for this if i would have got his support

Suggestion:

Please approach the Registry of the concerned Court. The Registry is the place where the cases are registered. They will provide you with the application format. Make the application and pay the required fee(generally calculated per page wise). If this does not work, contact the Court clerk of the Court in which your case is pending/decided. The court clerk should help you. Please note that regular follow up from your side would be required to get the cerified copies.
