Respected Sir,
A FIR has been registered on 22.08.2015 under section 380 IPC on my complaint against a servant who has stolen my money from my home and thereafter stopped coming to work. A Call was made on 100 No also. Although, FIR has been registered, But Police is not taking any strict action against the accused to make him tell the truth. I requested them to take finger prints from the place of robbery. But they refused on the pretext that finger prints cannot be taken on wooden almirah What remedy do i have? Please reply.
