sir gud evening , Mere father ka makkan jiski kimat aaj 60,0000 hai mere fathar ki death ho gai mere father ke two children jisme ek son aur ek daughter(mai daughter hon) ...
jisme son ki yani mere bhai ki death ek saal pehle ho gai,
Mere bhai ke wife and two children hn jisme ek daughter aur son hai,.....
. . . Mere fathar ki Property mai kiska kitna hissa nikalta h? Ghar ki half property mere father ke naam hai aur half mere bhai ke naam hai, jiski total kimat aaj 60,00000 hai. pls Ans sir

sir mere fathar ke na jo hai usme sabka kitna hissa nikalta h aur mere bhai ke jo naam h usme maa ki hissedari bhi hoti hai ya nahi kyonki complete property mere fathar ki hi thi jisme half unhone mere bhai jinki death ho gai unke naam aur half property apne naam ki thi pls reply

mere father jinki death ho chuki h unhone ek ghar liya tha jo half unke bete ke naam tha aur half unke khud ke naam tha mere father ke ek beta aur ek beti yani mai hon, beta (son) ki bhi death ho gai h bete ki family mai unki wife aur two children hai kya bete ke hisse mai maa ka koi adhikar ata h ya sirf father ke hisse mai jo bete ka hissa nikalta h usme maa ka koi adhikar hai? pls mujhy sahi se detail me bata diye aur beti yani mera kitna percent ata h pls mujhy sahi se detail m bata diye
