We are a Hindu joint family. Between my father & my Bros and sister we had one un registered partition some 10 years back. In that my father & my bros ,sister signed.( but not equal share ) and my father after one year executed settlement deed in favour of myself & sister. from his portion of the said partition deed .(since there was a misunderstanding between my father & the one Bro ) Now the one Bro. is going to challenge the said partition deed due to unfair partition. Father expired 4 years back
Can he do so ? If so on what grounds ?
