Does cash deed be notorised or registered

Hi my sister gifted me cash around 14 lakhs thorugh rtgs as gift to me to pay for paying for the dda flat that I got in the lottery recently Should did this gift deed be registered or normal notorary is good If the deed need to be registered how much stamp paper need to be paid Now I have notorised the gift deed on stamp paper of Rs 100 Thanks everyone for there replies

You do not registered as such gift deed, you can mentioned gift amount in your income tax return.

The proper narration of gift, purpose/reason,mode, date, time, name and details of donor, done, relation, signatures may suffice for purpose of record..

In relation brother-sister (real) the amount of gift may not be taxable..

The donor may reduce from her assets and done may add..
