Judgments - interim application be decided before disposing

Hi All,

Can someone help me with judgments where Applicant is trying to withdraw the case but Respondent wants his Interim Application in the same case be decided before the disposal of case.

Also is disposal done in first hearing or it takes more than 1 hearing

Also Judge asks Applicant reason for Disposal and also ask Respondent wish on same.

Mine case is DV Act case

If the judge permits the applicant to withdraw the case after taking the respondent's consent, it is a win- win situtation and I would suggest you absolve yourself from litigation.

If your cousel files the counter on the same day, the matter will then be posted for orders during the subsequent hearing day. It depends on the work load of the H'ble court.
