Livein relationship rights as per law

Mr.'X' was in live in relationship from his 23rd year till 33rd year with Ms.'Y' and planned to get married after completion of responsibilities. This relation was very much known to every one in Mr.'X' family and they created situation where in Ms.Y' was formally allowed into their home. Suddenly one day in the 11year of relation Mr.X' decided to get married as per his parents wish and got married within no time. Mr.'X'  has forcefully made Ms."Y' attend the marriage occasion.  Evidences related to the relation between Mr.X' and Ms."Y' are present with Ms'Y' in the form of photographs. In this situation what are the legal rights where Ms.'Y' can claim Mr.X' as her husband?
