I am planning to purchase an infertile land which is approx. 8 bigha (kaccha) in Faizabad, UP to start a dairy farm. I wanted to know if there is some specification of the registry of such land because the rate would surely be very less compare to fertile land. I hope the same would be less the circle rate also. Please advise the pros and cons. Also please let me know there can be a catch in such land.
