Civil court order against us.

Hi,

My question is that, yesterday i got district court decision against us (employment bond was broken because of medical reason) and now as per order i need to pay all the amount (35000) now kindly help me to know that is it necessary to pay the amount or can apply in higher court , if yes then where can appeal against the order.

And please advise the procedure to appeal in higher court.

Is it a contested decision or exparte decision ?. Appeal against decision of district court will lie before the High Court...

Sir,

As much i understood ur answer , it was contested decision as both the parties argument was made prior to order.

Sir now i want to appeal against the matter as decision was made by judge one side . Please advice how can apply and where for appeal against tiz hazari court (district court) decision.
