Dear Experts,
Which of the following certified true copies should be applied after the orders are passed ( 13b mutual consent case)?
1) CC of Judgement
2) CC of Decree
3) CC of order
out of these, which are the ones i am eligible for a free original copy? is the certified copy that are applied later is same as the "original" copy?

don't wait for/expect a free copy
It costs rs 4 per page in maharashtra.
just a one liner application suffices.
affix rs 5 stamp.
ut all details, judgement date etc.
ask for 3 copies each of decree (required/essential document for re-marriage, passport, name change adhaar, signature change and many other reasons) and also judgement of the verdict
And alsoask for all orders passed if any and also Roznama of suit (some 5 to 6 pages)
Ask to inspect the file once and for all. Peruse it and decide which all exhibits may be required for your future.
One liner application to get all original docs back.
same procedure of stamp of rs. 5
Ask for 3 copies of decree once and for all.
Ask for 1 copy each for judgment and other order and roznama start to end.
Also you may ask court to post it on court's website if you are ok with it.
