Me and my Sis both are twins,
We both born on 1.3.1991
but after couple of years my uncle adopted my sister.
Now I want to apply for Passport but I don't have any Birth Certificate, and I don't know that either there is any birth certificate issued on my name or not..
But I have a birth certificate which was issued on the same date of my birth containing my parents name..
I'm not sure is it mine or my sis certificate as the certificate contain a name which was different from my name..
My sis got his new birth certificate few months ago..
What should I do now?
