your intention is correct or not is difference. but u suggest/advice some points to law makers. they amend in act if suitable to public. r file private petition tochallenge the act and and suggesting the amandments. this is opinion.

This is a policy matter, neither a PIL nor a letter to CJI will have any impact of formulating the law by the parlimentarians.
