Who is owner of property nana gave money to buy in grandson

one interesting fact  ...40years back my dad broguht a property in my elde brother''s name ..... in registered document it is mentioned that my grandfather (mummy's father) gave money .....unfortunately   my dad as well as my grand father whoose name is mentioned in registered document EXPIRED .... property remains in my elder brother's name ....now i can ask my share in this property ? or is it elgibile to claim ?

nanaji means - mother's father.

 

property was bought in your elder brother's name (and he probably being a minor your father being a guardian in the transaction)

property was bought using your mother's father's money.

 

Q is: did your mother's father gift that money to your mother or your father or your elder brother?


firstly , it is not a benami property.

 

your don't seem to have any claim. apparently.

 

but do take a second opinion.
