Technical resignation and in lien of service

i am working in cisf..central paramilitary as inspector...completed 15 yrs of service..i got an opportunity to join state service on higher grade than present grade...sir will i get noc and technical resignation ..further will i get this opportunity to come back with in 2 years as lien of service if i dont found it suitable with number of years spend in state govt. counted in my service

CISF is central government organisation, whereas you are opting for state government job, the staff regulations and rules will vary from each other, please clarify if there are provisions for lien in service so that you can revert in case you do not find the new assignment comfortable, but I have my own doubt about it, clarify the matter from your admin chief.
