if due to late running of train some group of person unable leave the train at stop with in time they pull the chain to stop the train but its crime against rail act they are not required to do it but train is late near about 2 & 1/2 hours & at the time of leave they are fall in sleep when they awake the train is ready for start if train in time they know what's the time of reach due to cool night they are fall in sleep due to late running of train miss the time of leave at earlier, now can any body tell whats the law tell for it?
