Development deed when matter sub judice

Dear Experts,

My society has gone and registered a conveyance deed thru appointment of court commissioner without informing me and is trying to force me to give consent to redevelopment. They may try (are) to misuse 3000sqft land of mine in that polt9 conveyance for 10762 sq ft but plot is 14000 sqft) the suit for appointment of court commissioner is still open  and they have gone ahead and signed a development deed with builder is this ok?

Thanks

Pramod

It is better you appear before court / registerar and put up your case and protect your interest.

Sir,

Please clarify on what ground you have prayed for appointment of court commissioner. If you have prayed the appointment of court commissioner for the management of the society business, management and affairs, then make an application to the court citing thereunder the acts of the society. You can make similar application to the Society registrar citing the matter is sub-judice despite of this society is going for development.
