Traffic offence by ninor

My son when he was a minor was caught in traffic offence. He was riding bike on a no entry road and didn't stop when asked to by the traffic inspector. Case was charged and he was tried in Juvenile Court. He pleaded guilty and was on bond of two sureties for one year.

Now for applying bank job or any other job there is a query whether the candidate is ever prosecuted.

I f he mentions the above offence, whether he will be disqualified? Or should he hide the above fact while applying?

As far as adults are concerned traffic offence is no ground for disqualification as we get out paying fine and almost everybody might have paid fine  at some point of time .

Please throw some light on the above.
