3. Pros and Cons.
4. Does trial court has power to order inquiry on Investigation officer for alleged conspiracy and prejudice to accused?
Brief background is that, "It has been on the record that the investigation has been motivated and biased to accused. Matter is adjourned during Cross-Ex of Investigation Officer, since he has to produce certain documents of defense which has secreted from its production in the court of LAW"
