A person has given introduction in opening a bank account .Account is opened in fathers name who has expired in 1995.Bank account opened in 2004,by son attaching his photos. Case has been reported to bank by third party. What will be legal action against the son and introducer.

This amounts to fraud, forgery, and impersonation etc. Criminal complaint will be maintainable.
