Dear Sir,
The above institution is not responding my mail related to one of the CA firm who has not carried out the audit of brokerage firm as per law and practice and guidelines of the ICAI.
I desire to ask the reason for not responding the mail through RTI APPLICATION and penalty for violations of the rules and regulations of the ICAI to be imposed to the auditor for not conducting the audit as per procedure. Further ABOVE INSTITUTION IS NOT INFORMING THE NAME AND ADDRESS OF THE CPIO so as to file the complaint under RTI ACT.
Kindly inform whether the ICAI comes under the purview of the RTI.
