Need help/ Expert's advice

There is a case, in which a girl and a boy was gone missing. After few days boy returned in a shocking condition. He surrendered himself to police and narrated that they were kidnapped by unidentified persons. As per him, kidnapper killed the girl and put his finger prints on the deadbody and weapon used to kill girl before dumping her body at lonely location. Police recovered the body, but framing a story that guy has killed the girl. They arrested the boy under IPC 302, 34, 202. Currently he is in MCR. There is no eye witness in the case. What are the chances that the court will listen to the boy's story and trace the culprits with the help of sketch which he is ready to tell. And what are his chances of getting bail and finally getting freed up without any charges.

your case is serious and the boy may be convicted for death sentence after charges of abduction and killing the girl.

How other persons can made the fingerpoints upon the girls cloths. It can be happen only if he had done it. About weapons fingerprits can be believed.

Plz tell us your location and the incident location.

How long they were eloped and how the boy come back. What was his condition. all this material is very important. Show us the copy of FIR lodged by police also. It will be better to contact any local criminal lawyer. We can help but if our branch will be located in your city.

YOUR CASE IS VERY SERIOUS IN NATURE. THE ANY MAY BE CONVICTED NO THE GROUND THAT VIEW WERE LAST SEEN TOGETHER. IS THERE ANY PROOF THAT THEY WERE KIDNAPPED? WHY THEY KILLED THE GIRL AND RELEASE HIM? IF HE CAN EXPLAIN REASONABLY THOSE QUESTIONS COURT MAY CONSIDER HIS PLEA. OTHERWISE HE MAY BE CONVICTED LIFE TERM ON THE GROUND THAT THEY WERE LAST SEEN TOGETHER EVEN IF THERE IS NO EYE WITNESS.
