I have rented my flat which has been an owenership property in an registered APARTMENT and is not a co-operative society. The leave and license has been registered and also have the police clearence. What are the documents I need to give to the secretary of the Apartment ? like the by laws for co-oprerative society do I have to pay any non occupancy charges ?
