I am pleading a case under Section 18 (Protection Order) under Domestic Violence Act.I had filed an application on behalf of my female client for protection orders as her husband is making indecent allegations against her (also in their written statement) and now she is in rental accomodation and husband warned her before some days that i will drag you from place of employment and now he is denying the same.Hence i need some DV Act latest judgements on basis of likelihood that he may commit domestic violence.
