One of my Friend is working in a software firm ... he has undergone a bond period of 3 years ....
Now he has filed a case in labour court stating that bond period is 3 years , which is against Supreme Court judgement...
I humbly request you sirs to provide citations , judgements related to bond period as per supreme court..
