We hae given Rs8 lakh to the person ( who is a property dealer) to deposit in the bank(loan amount). He had taken the money saying he will deposit it int he bank but now he is denying that he will not deposit the money nor return the money.
we dont have any evidence, proof of handing over the money to him.
How can we file a police complaint against him of 420. please reply

file a criminal complaint before criminal court against him u/s 406, 420 of IPC
