I am Himanshu verma and unfortunately i have a parental property with dispute , my case is that i n our portion there is a veranda , and my uncle has the opening of window and sky light in my varanda ,now i am covering my varanda to make my room but i have not lentered any of the place it is as it, and i want to close the windows and skylight , but my uncle turns to be newscence and keep on quarelling and keep on disturbing via the windows and i want to know is there any law that i can take with me and settle him down on his seat. pls do reply me ,i am really in freaky situation . pls do help
