I have written civil service four times from 2010 to 13 . In 2010 i belonged to obc- non-creamy layer but after that i fell under creamy ie (fathers income from businesss above 4.5 laks) layer from 2011 to 13 . Kindly let me know if i have any attempts left if my fathers income is less than 6laks and above 4.5 laks
