i filed divorce in february 2013
7th may was the first hearing date for my divorce case
my wife instead of appearing at court went to police station and filed 498A,406,DP cases against me and my widow mother
on 10th may,2013 my mom got bail but my bail was rejected because the articles as per siezure list were not returned to in-law house
now inspite of giving so many reminders the in-laws are ignoring to take articles from my house and my bail is pending since 7th may '13
Q1>if bail is given at lower court can it be challenged at higher court?
Q2>i am govt servent if this continues for another month then i have to go without pay ...thn what would happen to my service?
Q3>lawyer told after 7th the date for bail would be 28th may.....how many days it normally takes for getting next date?
Q4> how soon my bail will be given? how many days it will take normally?
plz help me
