Hi,
I had taken loan from Allahabad Bank for B.E. in 2003 and then for MBA in 2008 ..and i was not able to pay my EMI on time till 2013 due to unemployment and weak economic condition as of date the total laon amount is of Rs.10 lacs and bank has given a pay notice to me .As if now my economic condition is ok and I am ready to pay the EMI ..the due interest is of Rs.87k...and I want to restructure the loan now and what can be done to avoid any legal action from Bank

It is advisable to get the account regularised, by paying the over due amount and then requesting the bank for Restructuring of the account .No one will restructure your NPA account.
