Incorrect pan in the online property sales deed

Hi,

We (I and my wife) have booked a flat in Pune and during online registration of the property , the PAN of my wife was entered incorrectly . Could you please clarify the below points ?
1) Will rectification deed cover the above mistake. Only one digit is wrong.
2) Registrar told us that it will not be corrected in system , is it true ? Will this have any impact in resale of the flat ?

you will have to issue notice u/s 80 to registrar on the wrong PAN issue. your property is a constitutional right under Art 300A r/w At 19, 21 and 14; then he will plead system poblem you will plead your rights against errors, court will decide in favour of your rights against electronic system which does not oblige the registrar, yes system correction cannot be automatic, so special procedures are available under systems managed that has to be summoned to carryout correction so that safety of all is protected;

Thank you sir for the reply .Just wanted to know if rectification deed can take care of this and will this have any impact on future transactions for the concerned property ?
