My father bought a land(2400sq.feet) in 1990 near madambakkam.(tambaram-chennai). About 3/4th of the land is now occupied by concrete road.As per the layout there is no chance for laying the road in our land. The road was laid in april 2011 without any information.Since then he filed several complaints to collector about this issue.Till now we are not responded by any means.ULT was paid for that land till 2011.All documents are perfect.My father is going to get retired within few months and we are living in a rent house.What is the procedure to proceed futher inorder to get our land back?tplease suggest me as soon as possible. thanks in advance.
