Change of father's name

@ Taj Sir -  That doesn't scare me, but still if I read the document again and again, I could not find anywhere written that "father's name has been changed to so and so". Anyways, since this is an open platform and what most of the people wrote on this forum was irrelevant and weren't charged for that, I am not bothered till the time I am satisfied.

Hello friends, I have one family, in which the father has married to another girl (second wife with 1 kid) he has joined his name to second wife and her baby. But old wife / he has not given divorce to each other now first wife wants to change her child's name and wants to add her own name to her baby, is that possible to get the name changed, what will be procedure to apply mother's name with her child? Please reply.
